About the Publisher
In the 1930s, Manuel H. Barron opened a bookstore in Brooklyn, New York.
People from the community asked Mr. Barron about books that might be available to help their children study for the New York State Regents exams. After realizing there wasn’t anything available, Mr. Barron’s created his own study guides.
80 years later, Barron’s has helped millions of people prepare for their next step.
The product arrived as expected and was properly packaged. I like the way that the book is structured. The first two chapters cover important details about the math section of the SAT and strategies students should know and use. Subsequent chapters have several topics within each chapter and “tune up” exercises follow each topic; answer keys/explanations are provided. These exercises really help students master each topic. I’ve used various books to help students prepare for the math portion of the SAT, and Barron’s SAT Math Workbook is by far my favorite.2 people found
